Prior to placing your order, please refer to the size measurements carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges.This includes edible items or clothing, as items that have been opened (taken out of its sealed plastic packaging) cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for change of mind on purchases.
All items are carefully packaged prior to transit for safe delivery. We cannot ensure the handling by the courier and cannot be held liable for damage in transit by them. We are not responsible for postage delays and cannot provide a refund for delays, or for damage to plants and other perishable items caused by delays. For non-perishable items that are damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days so that we can assist with a refund or resend.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the correct delivery address has been provided, and to track the whereabouts of their parcel. We are not responsible for parcels being redirected to the post office, nor are we responsible for failure to pick up such parcels from there, or subsequent returns to sender.
When a return to sender has occured due to incorrect address provided, please note that:
- Perishable goods and the shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-perishable items may be refunded if it has been returned to us in sound condition.
For any queries or concerns that come about after opening your parcel, please contact us via email or our contact form, within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If possible, please share a few photos as this will help us to better assist you.
For courier orders, please contact us asap, or within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
